Bolinger Christmas 2011

This Christmas was an exciting one for the Bolinger clan...to say the least. First off, we celebrated in Grandma & Grandpa's new room addition! It was so wonderful to have a large, spacious room for the whole family to gather together. Here are some pictures of everyone as we arrived:

After the initial excitement of the evening, a major catastrophe happened. Grandpa had an accident with the crab pot and ended up burning his feet! He and Grandma headed to the hospital while we packaged up the meal for a "do-over" the following day. However, Daddy, along with your aunts and uncle had to do a quick taste test of the shrimp during the process...

Thankfully, after a trip to the ER, Grandpa and Grandma returned home (with bandaged feet and medicine). The grandkids were itching to open at least "one" gift, so Grandma & Grandpa gave them their stockings to open.

The following day, we continued our celebration with a wonderful Christmas dinner of king crab legs and shrimp! There is never a dull moment in the Bolinger house! We are especially thankful that Grandpa was OK!
