After our week at the beach house, we originally had planned to spend a couple of days at Grandma & Grandpa's house before heading home on a cross-country road trip.
Unfortunately, Uncle Mark got sick with pneumonia so we cancelled our road trip and decided to fly home.
We were able to fit in a few more fun activities before heading home, though! We always have a great time with family and I love watching the kids make memories.

| Day trip on the Metro to the Science Center in L.A. This was a fun excursion! Side note though: Right after taking this picture, the kids wandered around and decided to hop on the train! Welp...the doors were closing and Jackson didn't make it in time to hop off. So here I am, panicking, pressing the release button to get him out! He still talks about how scary that was for him, but it did teach him to stay by me the rest of the trip! |
